The Front Bottoms from New Jersey have always found creative expression to be therapeutic, but on their next album You Are Who You Hang Out With, Brian Sella and Mat Uychich put pleasure above everything else. The Front Bottoms, however, were never that group. So, Sella explains, "we had to keep it natural. Don't force anything and just let the songs develop the way they develop." This technique led to a magnificent 10-track album filled with explosive hooks and even harder-hitting melodies. It's just how things are supposed to be.
