The Rolling Stones arrived in Chicago on November 22nd, 1981, just before performing three nights at the Rosemont Horizon, in the midst of their massive American tour. The band visited Buddy Guy's club the Checkerboard Lounge to catch the great bluesman play because Buddy Guy has long been an influence on their music. It didn't take long for Ian Stewart, Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Ronnie Wood, and eventually Buddy Guy, Junior Wells, and Lefty Dizz to join in on stage.

The media of this Blues Rock vinyl album is new in Mint condition. In its original factory seal, the album cover is in Mint condition with no major visible wear.
