Product Description
This album is a 2022 pressing of Live From A&r Studios New York August 26, 1971 Vinyl LP by The Allman Brothers.
Ten Bands re-issue their albums on pink colored vinyl, all for one cause. 2022 marks the ninth year for the initiative that has raised close to $300, 000 for Red Door Community, an organization that provides community support for both those diagnosed with cancer and their caretakers.
On August 26, 1971, the unrivaled original line-up of The Allman Brothers Band set up in A&R Studios in NYC and played a scorching 67 minute set to a studio audience - and it was broadcast live over WPLJ-FM. It was a classic 1971-era set.
Bootleg recordings of the FM broadcast have been around for years, but this release has been re-mixed from the original multi-track studio recording and the sound is absolutely stunning!
The media on this 2LP Southern Rock vinyl album is new in Mint condition. In its original factory seal, the gatefold album cover is in Mint condition with no major visible wear.
This all analog 140g pressing of The Allman Brothers - Live From A&r Studios New York August 26, 1971 Vinyl LP (821229000288) was released by Allman Brothers Band.
