Defective Product Returns

Binaural Records accepts returns for item(s) purchased in NEW or Used condition that are defective within 30 days of the carrier delivery date and will be issued a full refund or be sent a replacement copy of the same item(s) that were returned due to defect.

Item(s) returned due to defect or damage MUST be returned in their original condition.

Items damaged or determined defective after 30 days of the delivery date are not eligible for return.

Customer Remorse Returns

Binaural Records accepts returns for item(s) purchased in New or Used condition within 30 days of the carrier delivery date for a full refund for items that are:

• the wrong size/color
• an incorrectly ordered product
• if the customer no longer wants the item(s) they purchased

Item(s) returned due to the wrong size or color may be exchanged for a replacement of the correct size or color within 30 days of the delivery date.

Item(s) may not be returned for any reason after 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process/Method

To initiate a return, please email orders@binauralrecords.com with the customer's order details and a list of the item(s) and reason(s) why the customer wants to return them.

Once processed, Binaural Records will email a downloadable return label for any item(s) eligible for return that the customer can print off and attach to the original shipping box or envelope. 

Customer must drop off the return package to the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc) or arrange for pickup themselves.
